</p>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong>1、</strong>拥护党的路线、方针、政策、热爱祖国，无违法犯罪记录，具有良好的道德品行。</span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong> 2、</strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #548DD4;"><strong>40周岁以下，普通高等院校在校生、毕业五年内的大陆地区全日制高校毕业生和本科及以上认证学历的台港澳地区或海外地区高校毕业生。</strong></span></span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong>3、</strong>参赛项目中所提出的产品和服务，须具备一定的科技含量、产业开发价值或商业价值，属参赛者自主技术成果或技术、专利共同持有人充分授权参赛。若在参赛过程中或赛后发现参赛项目依托的技术、专利存在权属纠纷或弄虚作假的，将视情况取消项目团队参赛资格并收回奖金;<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #E36C09;"><strong>申报项目具备成立公司的运营条件，已入选南京市玄武区高层次创业人才的，已获得南京市级创业优秀项目以上的，不在本次大赛项目申报范围。</strong></span></span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong> 1、创意组:</strong>未成立公司，处于起步运营阶段的相关创意项目和产品。</span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong> 2、创业组:</strong>已登记注册企业法人、进入实体运营阶段;2018年1月1日之后成立的企业方可报名参加。</span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong>1、</strong>报名表下载:参赛选手在南京市玄武区人民政府网站(http://www.xwzf.gov.cn/index.html)下载报名表和报名须知等材料，准备完毕将报名材料发送至邮箱:171762774@qq.com 。邮件主题:玄武大赛项目负责人+项目名称;联系人:戴老师 联系电话:18652070586。参赛选手需如实填报相关信息，如有弄虚作假的，将视情况终止参赛资格或取消其获奖资格并收回奖金。</span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong> 2、</strong>报名材料:申报人身份证扫描件、报名表、教育部学籍在线验证报告(海外留学人员提交教育部留学服务中心出具的国(境)学历学位认证书)、商业计划书(接收格式word，pdf或PPT);若已在玄武区成立公司的企业还需要提交营业执照电子档。所有报名材料均为电子档，不接受纸质材料申报。</span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong>1、</strong>申报者以个人或创业团队形式参加，团队成员原则上不超过5人;参加面试答辩环节的必须为团队核心成员，且人数不超过3人。</span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong>2、</strong>申报者应进行广泛市场调研和分析，提交完整、具体、翔实、可行的创业计划书，参加答辩环节的必须为团队成员，以PPT答辩方式展示完成、具体、可行的创业计划，已有项目成果的可在答辩环节进行实物展示。</span>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;">大赛分为宣传报名、初赛、复赛和决赛四个阶段。进入复赛和决赛的项目排名在玄武区人民政府网站公示。</span>

<strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> (一)初赛阶段(10月30日)</span></strong>
</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;">
<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;">大赛评委会对参赛项目的技术、创意。商业价值等方面进行评分，选出30名，进入复赛。</span>

<strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> (二)复赛(11月4日)</span></strong>
</p>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;">大赛评委对申报项目进行现场评审，评选出本届大赛前10名进入决赛。</span>
</p>

<strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> (三)决赛(11月上旬)</span></strong>
</p>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;">决赛通过项目路演的方式进行，采用项目申报人6分钟PPT展示+6分钟评委提问的形式，根据评委打分评选大赛最终排名。</span>
