网上已经有应对这个离婚2年的限制了，好像就是再找个人假结婚，风险更高，很容易人财房孩子四空。而且是合法的。还有人说让老丈人和丈母娘离婚，自己和老婆离婚，然后再和丈母娘结婚，，尼玛这都是什么馊主意

什么时候能禁止卖期房，房产直接现房交易，完全盖好了可以直接交付的情况下再给他们发放销售许可，让买房人也能实地考察亲自体验一下再买
