<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> 为贯彻落实三年市委一号文件，进一步发挥政府性基金的引导与撬动作用，加大南京市级科技创新基金（以下简称“科创基金”）对种子期、初创期、成长期科技型企业的投资力度。市科技局、紫金投资集团将联合建立“科创基金投资项目储备库”。现面向全市征集入库企业，具体事项通知如下：</span>

</p>
<p style="margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;">
<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> 在我市行政区域内注册且有相关股权融资需求的科技型企业。重点支持未上市的高新技术企业、已备案的新型研发机构及其孵化企业、处于初创期的科技型中小企业、以及天使项目。</span>
</p>

<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;">其中天使项目原则上需符合以下条件：</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> <strong> 1.成立时间不超过2年（生物医药领域企业不超过5年）；</strong></span>
</p>

<strong><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> 2.资产总额和年销售收入均不超过3000万元；</span></strong>

<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> 登陆“市科技创新创业金融服务平台（www.njkjjr.cn）”或“南京金服平台（www.njjf.cn）”，点击“市级科创基金投资项目（宁科投）”进行线上申报。 </span>

</p>

<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> 1.直接投资：入库企业优先纳入科创基金及其合作成立子基金的股权投资备选名单，并可协同合作银行给予投贷联动支持。</span>
</p>

<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> 2.跟进投资：入库企业已获区（园区）科创基金、市属国有投资平台以及国有研发机构投资的，科创基金可按照相关规定直接跟投。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> 3.培育服务：市科技局将与入库企业建立双向联动机制，企业可根据实际发展情况，定期更新企业资料和融资需求；市科技局集成银行、投资机构、国有政策性担保公司等金融资源满足项目个性化融资需求，定期向项目方推送适合的融资专场活动。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F;"> 科创基金投资项目储备库在线申报系统常态化接收企业申报。请江北新区、各区（园区）科技部门加强政策宣传与辅导，及时对接有相关股权融资需求的科技型企业进行线上申报，并做好跟踪服务。</span>
