<span style="line-height: 1.75em; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">全家实际常住在雨花台区，且持有雨花台区全家正式常住户口，其户口随父母（法定监护人）在同一户籍，户籍与常住地的房屋所有权相一致的。“全家”指学生和父母户口同簿，缺一不可。房屋所有权拥有者必须是孩子监护人，即孩子父亲、母亲或父母双方，不能有其他共有产权人（该生除外）。“实际常住”是指非空挂户，确实居住在房屋所有权证所在处。</span>
