<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;"><span style="line-height: 1.75em; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">为贯彻落实养老保险关系转移接续相关政策，保障职工按时享受社会保险待遇，根据《关于转发人力资源社会保障部</span> <span style="line-height: 1.75em; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">财政部城镇企业职工基本养老保险关系转移接续暂行办法的通知》（**〔2009〕66号）等规定，对非我市户籍，男年满60周岁、女年满50周岁，且在我市养老保险缴费年限不满10年的人员，在我市的社保缴费将予以中止。<span style="line-height: 1.75em; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">2020年7月</span>社保关系中止人员信息见附件，请用人单位及时通知个人办理养老保险关系转移手续。</span></span>

<span style="line-height: 1.75em; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">如该人员属于女干部或45周岁前在管理或技术岗位上工作、45周岁后仍继续在管理或技术岗位上工作过的女工人，其退休年龄应为55周岁，可填报《南京市超龄人员参保登记表》并于社保缴费中止前携带职工档案材料，至水西门大街61号616室对退休年龄进行确认后，延续缴费至满55周岁。如届时在我市的缴费年限仍不满10年，单位再为其办理社会保险关系转移手续。</span>
